Appointments
Please visit www.hairbyne.com to book your appointment. It is recommended to book your next appointment following your visit to ensure the salon can accommodate your schedule.
Confirmation
In consideration of the salon's other clients and staff, please provide a notice of any cancellation or the need to reschedule at least 24-hours prior to the appointment. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for appointments that are not cancelled with 24 hours. Failure to make this payment will prohibit future bookings.

Refund Policy
The goal is to provide quality service to all clients. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service please inform the stylist before leaving or within 24 hours of your service. Due to the time and effort put into providing hair service, refunds are not offered.
No- Call/ No-Show
There will be a fee of $50.00 fee charged to the card on file for any appointment that you do not call to cancel/ reschedule or fail to show up. If said payment is not paid you will be unable to book future appointments.
A consultation is required for all chemical and color services. Please book consultation first if you are seeking either a chemical service (relaxer) or color service.

Safety
For the safety of everyone in the salon, please contact your stylist to reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms described below:

If you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms.

If you have been exposed to someone experiencing cold/flu like symptoms or positive of COVID-19.

Masks are to be worn at your own discretion.

No extra guests. Only those being serviced will be allowed in the salon.
If you missed your appointment due to illness or cold/flu like symptoms you will not be charged a fee. Please wait until you are fully recovered before booking again. We recommend being symptom-free for at least 24–48 hours before returning.
We continue to follow strict hygiene and safety practices to ensure a clean and healthy environment for everyone.
Pricing
Starting prices are listed for every service. Prices adjustments may apply due to length and density of clients hair. All pricing can be discussed before services or during consultation.
